Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a significant delay.
Where we ship

Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels
TroveSG is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will work with you to make it right.
Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately at [your email] and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
